Jude’s Cook and Eat Course


Fast healthy foods that are easy to make, and absolutely delicious to eat.

This course is for all the good folk of Auckland who want to cook and eat healthy foods but get stymied every which way they turn by tight schedules, family obligations, or pressing social engagements.

Time commitment:
Four, 4hour sessions on Saturday 11.00am – 3.00pm May June July August
