Ashtanga Yoga Workshop with Dena and Jack

Sunday 17– Friday 22 November 2019

Dena Kingsberg has studied and practiced the traditional method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for 30 years. She’s one of the most advanced students in the world and is certified to teach this discipline by her Master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, at that time director of the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore. Dena, surrounded by the love of her husband Jack (her assistant) and two children, Zoli and Izac, manages to combine her love of yoga and the one for her family, creating a special atmosphere in the classes of acceptance and peace.

She is a teacher of great experience, has a special look for any person, transmitting with sweetness, purity and authenticity the teaching of her master Sri K Pattabhi Jois.

“With each breath we shed the weight of collected conditioning and limitation. Slowly disentangling from internal dramas
that create impulsive or unwanted reactions and behaviors. Breaking the patterns that cycle to the same outcomes and discontent.
And ultimately revealing the natural self by the incremental removal of all that obscures it.

It is mindful repetition of practice that permits the depth and potency required to promote this healing and transformation.”
