Ashtanga Yoga Workshop with Dena and Jack

Sunday 12– Friday 17 November 2017

Dena Kingsberg has studied and practiced the traditional method of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for 30 years. She’s one of the most advanced students in the world and is certified to teach this discipline by her Master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, at that time director of the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore. Dena, surrounded by the love of her husband Jack (her assistant) and two children, Zoli and Izac, manages to combine her love of yoga and the one for her family, creating a special atmosphere in the classes of acceptance and peace.

She is a teacher of great experience, has a special look for any person, transmitting with sweetness, purity and authenticity the teaching of her master Sri K Pattabhi Jois.

BHAVANA : intention
Unrealistic expectation leads to discontent, the acceptance of all – dark and light, smooth and rough alike with open heart and pure intention leads to genuine transformation.
Inspiration can be found in nature’s organic irregularity, inspiration and beauty can be found within the unique irregularity of you.
We practice not for the sake of a perfect pose but for the prana that stirs the blood and inspires change.
