Meditation / mindfulness

Meditation is a process of self-discovery and a movement towards personal reintegration. We practice with the aim of reducing unhappiness and suffering as we cultivate a mind that is true to its inherent stability, clarity and strength.

We begin each session with a 30 minute guided meditation, ensuring that students are comfortable and at ease in either a seated or lying down position.

A 30 minute mini-lecture and discussion on different topics follows.
