Meet at Sandspit on Saturday morning 16 December for a 7.30am departure by water taxi. You will need to park at Sandspit, cost $12 (not included in the retreat cost).
We will leave Stillwaters at 3.00pm on Sunday 3 December
Xmas delectable delights that excite the palate and really nourish and strengthen us while satisfying our emotional need for treats, is the focus of this wonderful workshop weekend. Jude Hynes can show you how to make fresh organic vegetarian Xmas foods, and super superfood treats to die for. You can enjoy home recipes that can change the way you eat and improve how you feel this Xmas Season.
Our usual yoga program will continue throughout the weekend.

The cost of the retreat includes asana, meditation, pranayama, cooking classes, nature walks, water taxi to and from the island, use of two kayaks (with life jackets), all meals and accommodation (including top quality bedding and linen). The accommodation is marae style sleeping (sleeping in single beds in the same room).
Booking formTo secure your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full price. You can choose to pay just the deposit or the full cost using the different ticket types below.
