Philosophy class with Peter replacing 3 of Jude’s Meditation classes while Jude takes the Teacher Training Block Course.

Pranayama is the practice of controlling the breath to control the body’s life force – Prana. Also, Pranayama is the perfect breathing exercise to increase the positive energy level in the body and remove toxins. Pranayama supplies more oxygen to the body and is the key to a healthy body.
During the practice of Pranayama, you will be introduced to 4 internal limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga:
Pratyahara. …withdrawal of the senses.
Dharana. …focusing the mind.
