Hatha Yoga Each Hatha Yoga class has a theme (standing poses, sitting poses, backbends or abdominal strengthening poses) between the inversions which are usually handstands and headstands at the beginning and shoulderstands before the relaxation period at the end. Each week the theme changes until all the themes are covered. Hatha Yoga reduces stress and fatigue, gives flexibility and strength to the body.
