In today's business environment a fit and healthy body and focused mind are essential prerequisites to manage stress and achieve business success. We would like to offer a program, where participants learn how to manage stress, enhance clarity and creative thinking, and increase overall effectiveness in the workplace.

The YOGA ACADEMY has been providing fully professional yoga classes in the Auckland CBD since 1991 and in recent years training yoga teachers to Yoga Alliance standard in New Zealand and overseas students.

Case studies

We at the Yoga Academy have developed special corporate yoga classes, and have worked successfully with corporate solicitors from Buddle Findlay. The classes incorporate a unique blend of yoga postures and relaxation techniques to de-stress the mind and body, whilst achieving muscle tone and flexibility. Your classes can be at your business or at the Yoga Academy (outside our class times). You can have any one of the the styles of yoga we teach at the Yoga Academy i.e. Ashtanga, Hatha, Hatha Flow or Pregnancy. We guarantee to provide fully trained professional teachers along with yoga mats.
