CHAI-SPICEY TEA
5 Tea Bags (Bell Kenya Bold is good)
1-2 tsp ginger powder (depends how strong you like the ginger)
Pinch of white pepper (optional)
1 inch slice of ginger root (optional)
2 cups water
1 package Aussie Dream Organic Soy Milk OR Cows milk
sweetener of choice – maple syrup, organic cane sugar, jaggary
Bring water to boil, add tea bags, and spices and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add milk- if soy just heat but do not boil but if cows bring to boil.
Add sweetener.
Serves 4-5 people.
GREEK YOGURT DELIGHT
1 pkt of Mahoe Greek Yogurt
Either maple syrup or pureed mango (half mango to yogurt)
Walnuts to sprinkle on top (if desired)
MIX AND EAT!!
OLIVE LEMON MUSTARD DRESSING
Half cup olive oil
Half cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon organic mustard
1 teaspoon tamari if desired or sprinkle of sea salt
Mix by shaking in a jar or whiz in blender.
